How We Protect Your Data

• Data sent through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), and your message.
• The IP address is used temporarily (approx. 1 minute) to limit multiple requests; we do not store it in a database.

We do not create user accounts and do not collect passwords, payment data, or other special categories of data.

• Responding to requests sent through the contact form – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Security and abuse limitation (rate limiting by IP) – legitimate interest.

• Messages from the form are sent via EmailJS to our email address. We do not store messages in our own database.
• EmailJS acts as a processor. It may involve transfers outside the EU; it relies on standard contractual clauses and appropriate technical measures.
• The site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure; there may be short technical logs for security and performance.
• The messages arrive in our email inbox and may be kept there as long as needed for communication or according to legal obligations.

• The IP used to limit requests is kept only temporarily (~1 minute).
• Messages received via email are kept for the duration necessary to handle the request, but no longer than 12 months, except in situations where the legislation requires a longer period.
• You can request the deletion of your messages from our inbox at any time.

• We currently do not use tracking cookies and do not run Google Analytics.
• If we activate Google Analytics, we will do so only with explicit consent (cookies banner) and will provide details about the cookies used and opt-out options.

• We transmit data through HTTPS connections.
• We validate form data and limit requests to prevent abuse.
• We work with providers that offer adequate security measures (Vercel, EmailJS).

You can exercise the following rights, within the limits of the law:

• access to your data and obtaining a copy;
• rectification and updating;
• erasure ('right to be forgotten'), when applicable;
• restriction of processing;
• portability (for data provided by you, processed by automated means);
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw consent, if the processing is based on consent.

You have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) – dataprotection.ro.

The site is intended for individuals at least 16 years old. We do not intentionally collect data from minors; if you find out that a minor has contacted us, please let us know so we can delete the data.

We may update this policy to reflect functionality changes or legal requirements. We will display the date of the last update and, if necessary, communicate essential changes on the site.
